Shipping policy
We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days, regardless of the shipping speed selected—unless an item is marked as a pre-order. If your order includes a pre-order item, it will ship once all items are in stock.
Note: Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is submitted, and we aren’t liable for incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address, reach out immediately—orders begin processing quickly and may already be in production.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If processing has started or the order has shipped, we can’t make changes.
